the airport pickup was smooth. tiya and khashboo greeted us warmly upon arrival (i felt welcomed!). every aspect of the hotel seemed beautiful. in-room dining was convenient.

chef sanjeev and his team understood our preferences. the presentation of indian, italian, and continental food was excellent. thank you chef sanjeev, capital kitchen, and Taj for the wonderful experience.
during check-out, nobody came to pick up our luggage from the room. despite calling twice, there was no assistance with our bags. we had to take our luggage to the lobby ourselves. this was inconvenient.

the staff treated me respectfully. i got upgraded to a club room as taj innercircle silver member, a great gesture. the room was very comfortable on the 8th floor. i found coffee and cookies in the room when i arrived. the tvs are smart so i watched netflix. the room had no issues.
during cocktail hours, only a few food options were available, like two veg and two non-veg options. the non-alcoholic choices included only juice and coffee. i hoped the hotel served soup, but they don't.
